At Outly, we are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all our users. We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
1. Our Commitment
Protecting children is a top priority. We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to, the sharing, promotion, or solicitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
2. Reporting Mechanisms
We provide robust tools for users to report safety concerns directly within the app.
- In-App Reporting: Outly allows users to report child safety concerns in-app. If you encounter any content or behavior that violates our safety standards, please report it immediately through the reporting features on the post, profile, or message.
- Help Centre: To learn more about reporting requirements, visit the Help Centre.
3. Compliance and Authority Reporting
We take our legal and moral obligations seriously.
- Legal Compliance: My app complies with all relevant child safety laws.
- Authority Reporting: We report suspected cases of child exploitation to regional and national authorities, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the US and other relevant international bodies.
- More Information: To learn more about reporting to the relevant authorities, visit the Help Centre.
4. Automated Detection and Moderation
We employ a combination of automated detection technologies and human moderation to proactively identify and remove harmful content. Any account found to be engaging in CSAE activities will be permanently banned and reported to law enforcement.
5. Contact Information
We have a designated point of contact ready and able to speak about our app's child sexual abuse material (CSAM) prevention practices and compliance.
